Dr. Ford has over 15 years of experience working in a range of academic and administrative capacities on college campuses. His experience as a faculty member and college administrator has resulted in a number of speaking appearances in corporate and higher education settings. His previous experiences make him well-suited to deliver keynotes, offer program planning, assessment and evaluation support, create and design workshops for teams, academic talks and anything else geared toward training and development.
